LO: Can I recognise and deal with unwelcome change?
Think about our current social distancing situation and how you have adapted to it over the past few months. What changed? How did you feel to start with? What did you do to deal with the change? Have you learned anything new about yourself from this change?
Next, I would like you to choose one of these scenarios:
- Social distancing
- Moving home
- Moving school
- Moving to a new year group
Or you might want to choose your own!
Imagine you are giving advice to someone who has never dealt with this change. What should they do to help manage the change? You could express this in a number of ways- make a poster, book, comic strip, leaflet or draw a picture.
