'The Body Coach' Joe Wicks is live streaming PE lessons at 9am every day. You can do these at home. (again, be aware that these videos are hosted on Youtube)
Jumpstart Johnny has a free section with some workouts to do.
Art
Today, you are going to research and design your own Norse Knot.
First, research Norse knots. What do they look like? Where did they originate from? Are they similar to other cultures art?
You can also read through this PowerPoint for information and examples.
Finally, design your own Norse knot. As always, I'd love to see your designs so feel free send them in!

LO: Can I understand the process of voting and debating.
Choose a topic which interests you to debate:
- Lessons should be optional
- The summer holidays are too long
- It's better to be happy than rich
Write down arguments for and against.
Imagine you are going to be the speaker for your house. Write a speech for or against one of the above topics and present it to people at home. Then get people at home to vote for or against.
